Tickets can be refunded up to 30 minutes before the start of your scheduled show time in person only (Service Fee Non-Refundable) with original credit card and ID to verify. After that, guests may request to receive a VOUCHER on their loyalty account for a future movie to be used in 30 days.
If a guest has purchased tickets to a film they are not able to attend, the tickets can be swapped to a different date/movie/time by calling your cinema's concierge.

I purchased a ticket at the wrong time without an account (as a guest). Is there any way i can refund it or change the date of the ticket?
