Our refund policy requires a 30-minute notice prior to the show for any form of reimbursement, including LOT credit and complimentary movie vouchers. Refunds are to be performed in person with the same card used at the time of the initial transaction. Our WEDNESDAY tickets are nonrefundable as part of our discount day.
Once the refund has commenced, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement.
Accommodations can be made on a case-by-case basis; however, we strongly encourage reaching out to our Customer Service team for any questions, comments, or concerns.

I purchased a ticket at the wrong time without an account (as a guest). Is there any way i can refund it or change the date of the ticket?
