How do I redeem my LOT CREDITS?

LOT CREDITS can be redeemed at any of our physical locations. To redeem, simply provide a LOT employee with any information associated with your CLUB account. This can include your first and last name, email, or phone number. 

Once your CLUB account is pulled up, you have the option to redeem your LOT CREDITS or accumulate more for future purchases. 

LOT CREDITS can be applied to all LOT related products except for gift cards.
