I have a voucher for THE LOT, how do I use it? – THE LOT

LOT vouchers are typically valid Monday-Sunday unless stated otherwise.

These vouchers hold no monetary value outside of covering the expenses for your show of choice and cannot be exchanged for credit.

Each voucher holds a preset expiration date with a minimum of 30 days for redemption.
THE LOT cannot extend/replace expired vouchers.

These vouchers can be applied both ONLINE and IN PERSON.

IN PERSON requires the 20 digit code to be provided to our staff for usage.

ONLINE you will be prompted at the end of the transaction to input the 20-digit code. Simply select APPLY VOUCHER and enter the provided code.

If this does not work, please contact our venue or submit an inquiry via our help ticket platform where our Customer Service Department will assist.
