Am I able to swap/exchange my movie ticket(s)?

THE LOT is able to accommodate most ticket swaps depending on the number of seats available for desired showtimes. 

Similar to THE LOT's refund policy, we require at least a 30 minute notice prior to the show for us to be able to commence swaps or exchanges.
